Terms of use.

These terms govern your use of artemissaint.com and any project booked through it. By using the site or submitting a brief, you agree to them.

All content on this site — films, images, text and design — belongs to Artemis Saint unless stated otherwise, and may not be reused without permission. Please do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the site.

Submitting a brief is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Artemis reviews each brief individually and may decline projects that are not the right fit. If your project is taken forward, you will receive a quote.

Quoted prices are specific to the project described in your brief. To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit is payable, which secures your shoot date. The remaining balance is due on or before delivery of the final work. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation and refund terms — including how the deposit is treated — are agreed in writing for each project before the deposit is paid. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method.

Final deliverables are provided once the project balance has been paid in full. The format, number of revisions and how you may use the finished work — licensing and usage rights — are agreed for each project as part of the quote.

We take care to deliver every project to a high standard. To the extent permitted by law, Artemis Saint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you submit your brief.
